Summer Camp Registration
Hello and welcome to the Straub Outdoor Summer Camp program! Please complete the contact form below to register your child.
Parents/Guardians:
Enter your full name, your preferred email address, and write “Summer Camp 2023 Registration” in the subject line.
Under “Message” list the following information:
Your child(ren)s’ full name(s), current age(s), and birthday(s)
The camp(s) that your child(ren) would like to attend and the dates.
Campers:
In the “Message” section below your name(s), please tell us a little about you!
What kinds of activities do you like to do outdoors?
What subjects do you enjoy in school?
If you were walking in the forest and discovered a 100-year-old tree who could talk, what questions would you ask it?
Why would you like to go to Straub Outdoors Camp this summer?
Once we receive and confirm your child’s registration, we’ll send an invoice for the deposit, along with a Health Form and Liability Waiver.
Deposit payments and completed forms are due five business days from the date this invoice is sent to you. You can pay online or via a check. The forms are fillable PDFs with instructions on page 1 of each document.
If you are new to our learning community, we’ll also contact you to schedule a “getting to know you” phone conversation to learn more about your child’s interests, medical history, and any socio-emotional or behavioral considerations you’d like us to know. This conversation is required, confidential, and is incredibly helpful for our educators.
Your child’s camp registration is finalized when we 1) receive the completed registration form, 2) have a conversation with you about your child (new campers only), and 3) receive your deposit payment.
